In the last decade I have been working within Education IT Support and have recently taken on the new responsibility of corralling IT technicians towards efficiency which is a little like herding cats but with marginally less biting and scratching.
Nearly 40 years of practical life experience has seen me run the gamut both personally and professionally from studying a philosophy degree in Manchester to picking fruit in the Negev desert. From sharing a Moscow bathhouse with drunken Army Colonel's to wrestling reprobates in the heart of the midlands.
