How Online Backup Works
A small piece of software is downloaded onto the network server, PC or laptop. The software is used to select files to be backed up and to set an automatic schedule. The schedule then runs automatically every day. Files are compressed and encrypted before they leave the server, PC or laptop so security is water tight.
Our backup system is simple, secure & lets users control what is backed up and when.
Once set up everything else is automated and clients can view a summary, or detailed log report, for each file backed up. This gives additional piece of mind.
Instantaneous backups can also be initiated at the click of a button. Data can be restored via the installed software or from anywhere in the world using a secure internet based system at no extra charge. |
