Missed a visit due to the adverse weather? Read below.

Unfortunately some schools have, today, missed out on their support visits due to being closed as a result of the bad weather. If staff are working remotely they can still contact the service desk and receive remote support. We can remote onto school computers wherever they are as long as they have an internet connection.

Engineers who are unable to attend site are still working on your schools tickets remotely. Their time is being dedicated to your school regardless of whether they are on site or not. With the weather set to worsen later today it is likely that more visits will be missed tomorrow, and we will continue working remotely on tickets for schools which we are unable to get to.

Please continue to contact our service desk throughout today and tomorrow and we will assist you whether you are at school or working from home.
