Soft Egg Shortlisted For Two Prestigious School It Awards

Soft Egg is very proud to have been shortlisted as a finalist for ICT Company Of The Year (turnover £1 million to £10 million) and an ICT Service and Support award in the forthcoming BETT Awards 2015.
The BETT show is the world’s leading showcase of education technology solutions.
The Bett Awards are a celebration of the inspiring creativity and innovation that can be found throughout technology for education. The winners are seen to have excelled in ICT provision and support for nurseries, schools, colleges and special schools alike with a clear focus on what works in the classroom. Each year, the awards endeavour to recognise, reward and promote this excellence.
The ICT service and support award is a recognition of UK based companies who provide effective ICT services, support and professional development to ensure that ICT makes a positive and lasting impact in the classroom.

Soft Egg now provides a complete IT service through our innovative products such as Dawn Patrol and the OFSTED panic button, to installing school broadband, wifi management solutions and primary computing CPD workshops and resources to help teachers more effectively integrate Computing into their teaching.
One example of meeting the needs of our schools include our Dawn Patrol. It is a daily digital patrol of over 6,000 devices used by over 30,000 students. The Dawn Patrol makes dozens of computer, server and software checks to flag potential issues for our support teams to fix. We actively look for problems to fix, and aim to fix them before they impact upon the customer. The best kind IT support is the support that the client is never even aware of – and this is our definition of outstanding customer care. We can even turn off unused computers at night to save electricity.
Being shortlisted for this reward is further proof that our services are innovative and that we are continuing to work hard to ensure every school gets the best IT possible.
